The Blue Cats - Un des meilleurs group de JAZZ a Montreal

The Bluecats Blues Band was born out of Montreal in june 2008, quatuar of excellents musicians who built a project around the passion of the old Blues and Jazz music of the 1940's.The band is André Brisebois(Bass+vocal)with 30 years experience on Bass and the Blues scene in montreal;Michelle Bouchard(Drums)with 20 years experience on drums (read her musician profil on myspace)Joey Stafford-Abbott(Guitar+Back Vocals)talented young musician with a great future;Warren Palmer(Trompettist)With more than 30 years on Jazz scene in Vancouver to Montreal .The band did special work on the material to find a original sound,that is truly different from most Blues Bands.giving the Blues a new outlook .Original material is in the making for 2009 coming album.Also,last september 2008 we did the promotion for the Peinture en Direct at the Foufounes Électriques in Montreal for their 25 anniversary

The Bluecats est née à montréal en juin 2008,c'est un Quatuar d' excellents musiciens qui on monté un projet commun pour leur passion de la musique Blues et Jazz des années 1940.Le groupe est formé de André Brisebois(Bassiste+Vocal)avec 30 annees d'experience a la bass et dans la scene Blues de Montreal;Michelle Bouchard(Drums)avec 20 ans d'experience au drums(voir sa Biographie sur myspace)Joey Stafford-Abbott(Guitar+Back vocal)tres talentueux musicien dans le style de Blues-Jazz.Nous avons fait des arrangements musicaux sur les interprétations pour trouver un son original qui nous ressemble.On a mis nos propres couleurs.Nous travaillons sur des compositions pour faire un album pour 2009. Aussi en septembre 2008 nous avons fait la promotion pour les peinture en direct au Foufounes Électriques pour leur 25 anniversaire.
